We’re a small, handmade business and each item is crafted with care. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship via USPS / UPS with tracking provided. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Local Pickup (optional): Available upon request for customers in Hancock, New Hampshire.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

returns & exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at customers@livefreencraft.com with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
